Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do. Short version: we collect what you type at checkout and the logs needed to run the servers. We do not sell your data. Card numbers never touch this site.
The short version
You give us your details when you order. We use them to run your server, bill you and answer your tickets. We do not sell or rent your data, we do not run ad trackers, and payments go through Stripe and PayPal, so your card number never reaches us.
What we collect
- Order and account details: name, email, phone, address, country, and the password you set, stored hashed, never in plain text.
- Payment metadata from Stripe and PayPal: the last four digits of a card, receipts and dispute status. Full card numbers are entered on Stripe or PayPal directly, not on this site.
- Technical logs: access logs, server IPs and game server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Support conversations: emails and Discord messages you send us.
- If you join the mailing list at checkout: your email address, for launch and service updates only. Unsubscribe any time.
What the site itself loads
All site assets, including the fonts, are served from our own domain. That is the full list: no ad networks, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts.
What we use it for
- Running the service: provisioning your server, your panel account, support.
- Billing: invoices, receipts, failed payments, refunds.
- Safety: abuse investigation, fraud checks and enforcing the Terms of Service.
- Legal: responding to valid legal requests and keeping the records tax law requires.
Who we share it with
Only what has to be shared, only when it has to be: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to take payments, Cloudflare to serve the site at the edge, a domain registrar for the subdomain option, and law enforcement when a valid legal order requires it. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
How long we keep it
Account and order records stay as long as your account is active, then as long as tax and dispute rules require, generally 7 years for invoices. Security logs roll over within 90 days. Backups rotate on the normal schedule.
Your rights and choices
Write to [email protected] to see, correct, export or delete your data. If you are in the EU, the UK or California, you have formal rights under GDPR or the CCPA. We honor those rights for everyone regardless of where you live, because one process is easier to run than two.
Kids
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Under 18? A parent or guardian places the order and owns the account.
Security
Passwords are hashed, transport is encrypted, and access to your data is limited to the operator who runs the racks. If a breach ever affects your data, you hear it from us directly.
